Courtney Doyle-Campbell, PharmD, MBA, BCACP, AHSCP-CHC
Treasurer Candidate

Dr. Courtney Doyle-Campbell is a Clinical Professor of Ambulatory Care and Director of the Pharmacy Distance Learning Pathways at Western New England University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She is a board-certified ambulatory care pharmacist and certified hypertension clinician. She manages the hypertension specialty clinic at Trinity Health of New England Medical Group in Springfield, MA. Courtney operates under a collaborative practice agreement with the Trinity providers.

Courtney is active with the American Pharmacists Association (APhA), serving on the APhA-APPM’s Policy Standing Committee and as a delegate each year for the House of Delegates. At WNEU, she is the chapter advisor for APhA-ASP and the coordinator and trainer for the APhA immunization certificate training program and trainer for the MTM program.

Along with her work at Western New England University and Trinity, Courtney’s areas of interest are primary care, resistant HTN, HF, social determinants of health, motivational interviewing, and advocacy.

Michael Nguyen, PharmD, RPh, Outpatient Pharmacy Operations Manager, BILH Pharmacy
Board of Director Candidate

Michael Nguyen, PharmD, is a dynamic pharmacy leader with extensive experience in outpatient, health-system, and retail pharmacy management. As Outpatient Pharmacy Operations Manager at Beth Israel Lahey Health, he has led transformative initiatives, including the expansion of Meds-to-Beds services and optimizing pharmacy operations for improved patient care. His leadership extends beyond operations to legislative advocacy as an active member of the MSHP Legislative Committee, where he provides expertise on policies affecting outpatient pharmacy. Passionate about mentorship and interdisciplinary collaboration, Michael is committed to advancing pharmacy practice through innovation, policy engagement, and strategic growth.

Jackie Breeds, Director Retail Pharmacy Services, UMass Memorial Medical Center, Inc.

Dr. Breeds graduated from MCPHS in 2008, and completed my MBA in Healthcare Management in 2024. She has been in retail pharmacy for about 23 years, including chain pharmacy, independent pharmacy, and health system owned outpatient pharmacies. She enjoy researching new opportunities to enhance patient care, as well as developing programs that will bring additional revenue into the organization. Her nights and weekends are filled with attending sports practices and games for my two children, and she enjoys watching them so much. She has a passion for fitness and nutrition. She looks forward to someday obtaining a nutrition certification to assist people in understanding nutrition and their health more.

Silky Kaur, PharmD

Silky Kaur, Pharm.D., RPh is a clinical pharmacist for two independent community pharmacy companies in Massachusetts - Dinno Health & Olden's Pharmacy. She is a 2020 Doctor of Pharmacy graduate from MCPHS University in Boston, MA. After graduation, Silky completed a PGY1 community-based residency with Walgreens & MCPHS University focused on medication therapy management, diabetes care, specialty pharmacy practice, and academia. She earned her Master’s degree (MBA) in Healthcare Management at MCPHS University. Her practice interests and current work involves enhanced clinical services in the community pharmacy setting, diabetes management, experiential education and pharmacy advocacy. She is passionate about pharmacy and enjoys advocating for the profession, especially promoting the importance of multidisciplinary, collaborative work. She has been an active member of MPhA since 2018 in various capacities, including her previous role as Pharmacy Student Representative (2019-2021).

Tiffany Bartke, PharmD

Tiffany Bartke is a pharmacist with a passion for advancing the profession of pharmacy to provide the best possible patient care. She began her career as a pharmacy technician in 2007 which ignited her passion for pharmacy and then continued as an intern until she graduated from MCPHS in 2011 with her PharmD. Tiffany has worked across Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont in her roles as pharmacist, pharmacy manager and in her current role of Healthcare Supervisor. She also serves as a Board Member on APHA's Pharmacy Today Magazine to help select relevant content to be shared with the magazine's readers.
