Diane Martin, RPh, ACE

DIANE MARTIN, RPh, ACE, is employed at the Lowell Community Health Center. Diane has expanded the health center’s pharmacy services, from one pharmacy site in Lawrence in 2005 to six pharmacy sites in Lawrence, Methuen and Haverhill in 2020. She heads GLFHC’s COVID Vaccination and Treatment Program, which has served thousands of residents across the Merrimack Valley. Diane has also created GLFHC’s Clinical Pharmacy Services program in 2010, and with her team started a Pharmacy Residency in July, 2014. Diane has completed a LEADS fellowship which provides Harvard Business School training for leaders to tackle some of the area’s biggest issues such as housing, healthcare and the opioid crisis. Diane has worked with HRSA as a 340B Peer to Peer Mentor and most recently completed the Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate Program and is now recognized as a 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) in the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
Diane has been the recipient of multiple awards including the HRSA Life Saving Patient Safety Award, and Outstanding Executive Leader Award. Technology Innovator of the Year award given by the Pharmacy Times and Parata Systems and the Bowl of Hygeia award and the President’s award from the Massachusetts Pharmacists Association.
In the past, Diane has volunteered with Partners in Development (PID), traveling to Haiti and Guatemala, committed to providing pharmaceutical services and clinician support to areas impacted by natural disasters.
A native of the Merrimack Valley, Diane was born and raised in Lawrence and currently lives in Windham, N.H.
