Title: HER2 Outside the Box: Targeted HER2 Therapy Beyond Breast Cancer

Learning Objectives: After participating in this activity, Pharmacist learners should be able to:
• Describe the pathophysiology of HER2 signaling.
• Explain the rationale for targeting HER2 across non-breast malignancies.
• Identify available HER2-targeted therapies and their evidence-based use in non-breast cancer malignancies.
• Give examples of key clinical trial data and guideline recommendations related to patient selection, monitoring, and toxicity considerations for HER2-targeted therapies beyond breast cancer.

After participating in this activity, Pharmacy Technician learners should be able to: • Identify commonly used HER2-targeted medications.
• List non-breast cancer malignancies in which HER2-targeted therapies are used.
• Recognize common adverse effects and medication safety considerations associated with HER2-targeted agents.
